• Charged of €6.50 applied checkout.
• Please select “Ireland Standard” as your delivery method. Click & Collect requests will be cancelled.
• Your return label will be emailed to you following successful checkout.
• Please include your invoice/RETURN FORM in your packaging.
• By choosing a paid service through our returns portal you will be provided with a fully tracked return service back to our warehouse.
• Returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, with tags, unused and in resalable condition in order for exchange/credit to be authorized. This does not affect your statutory rights. When applicable,  the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will organise a repair to the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product posted out to you.
• My Club Pre-Sales are made to order items. We cannot provide returns/exchanges on these items.
• We cannot accept returns of any personalised items.
