Delivery Information

All online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Portarlingon, Co. Laois. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email to let you know its on its way. Queries regarding online orders can be sent to Or you can call 057 86 23005 and ask for Websales.

An Post Deliveries

Free Standard Domestic Shipping for orders over €80, Republic of Ireland only. This excludes non standard items: Bulky Items, School Uniforms, My Club, Footballs & Training Equipment. A shipping charge of €6.50 will be applied to orders below this amount and to items previously stated.

We aim to deliver your order in 1-2 working days, from the day of dispatch (Rep of Ireland). You will receive an email letting you know your order has be dispatched. Please allow up to 2 working days before contacting us about tracking. To request your tracking number please click here.

Click & Collect

The majority of Click & Collect orders are processed by our warehouse in Portarlington. Lead times for those orders can vary. Generally they are ready for collection within 2 days of placing your order. Some can be ready the same day. Again, you will be notified that is ready for collection via email.

Personalisation is available on select items. Please note, this service can add up to 4 additional working days on your delivery lead time.

Back Order Items: We aim to deliver Back Order items within 7-10 working days, from the date of your order.

Bulk Items: For Bulky items including Table Tennis Tables, Basketball Units, Gym Equipment please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

International Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! International orders are very important to us, if your country is not listed in the shipping destination list please feel free to email us and we will help you out. International orders are not subject to free delivery, regardless of the value of the order.

Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Deliveries for specific days cannot be guaranteed. International deliveries can take 7-21 days depending on location and customs. Delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those Products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those Products.

Colgan Sports cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to Colgan Sports within four days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of dispatch of Products. Colgan Sports cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a package, or charge any duty. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Any shortfall or damaged goods must be notified to the company within two days of receipt of goods.

All orders placed on our website are insured and have a track and trace number, and usually take 4-21 business days to arrive to most locations. Orders that are held by customs may increase this estimated time, also please note that this is out of our control. Please note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes or fees levied by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.

Cancellations and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Product please note we can only refund or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Returned Product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a Product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order.

Please ensure Product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met.

Where a Product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the Product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement Product sent out without delay.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up to the point of dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
