Cancellations and Returns
Due to the current COVID-19 restriction all exchanges and refunds are being dealt with on a case by case basis. To request and exchange or refund please contact us directly via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
If you are not satisfied with your product and you would like to return it to Colgan Sports, we can offer you an Exchange or a Credit Note.
Please note that we can only exchange or offer a credit note for a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 21 DAYS of receipt of item. Returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition in order for exchange/credit to be authorised. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised items & My Club Pre Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Any changes or cancellation in respect of any order must be notified in writing to the company within two days of placing the order. We cannot cancel any personalised or Pre Sale orders.
As soon as we receive the returned order, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will organise a repair to the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product posted out to you.
