Cancellations and Returns
Please take time to read the below returns policy and terms and conditions of sale prior to purchasing.
To request an exchange, return or cancellation please contact us directly via email on email@example.com. Cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
If you are not satisfied with your product and you would like to return it to Colgan Sports, we can offer you an Exchange or a Credit Note. You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify us. Please note that we can only exchange or offer a credit note for a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 21 DAYS (14 days after you notify us) of receipt of the item. Returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, with tags, unused and in resalable condition in order for exchange/credit to be authorised. This does not affect your statutory rights. When applicable, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will organise a repair to the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product posted out to you.
If you wish to make an exchange the quickest and easiest way to do this is to make a new order for the size you need. Please conatact us on firstname.lastname@example.org prior to doing this.
Bespoke, personalised or custom made items to customer requirements may not be exchanged for any reason other than goods being defective as these are not regular store items and are not eligible for re-sale (embroidered leisurewear with crests, any goods with initials).
Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

My Club Pre Sales and Club Shops are made to order items. Please use the size charts provided on the product gallery to get the best fit. We cannot provide exchanges on these items. We cannot cancel any personalised or Pre Sale orders. In the case of a manufacturing error on your items please contact us directly on email@example.com.
