The SKLZ Pro Agility Poles are telescopic poles, suitable for a number of applications. The set includes 8 x 2 piece poles with steel spikes and carry bag. Standing between 60 – 150cm tall, they will help to develop foot speed, directional change and agility. They can also be used as goal posts for ball sports like AFL and Soccer.
