Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched from our Portarlington warehouse. You’ll receive email updates when your order is shipped and/or ready for collection.

  • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over €80.

  • Shipping Charge: €6.50 for orders under €80 or for bulky items, school uniforms, My Club items, footballs, and training equipment.

  • Delivery Time: Aim for 1-2 working days from dispatch. An Post will also send you a text or email with delivery updates.

  • Multiple Items: Ordered more than 1 item? – We will always try and ship all items together but at times this isn’t possible. If your items are being shipped separately, you’ll receive tracking emails for each item.

  • Important Notes 

    • Personalisation: Adds up to 4 additional working days to your delivery time.

    • Back Order Items: Delivery times vary, typically 7-10 working days from your order date. See specific details on the product page. If you have a querey about a product on Back Order please contact us.

Orders are processed at our Portarlington warehouse and are typically ready within 2 working days (some same-day). Please wait for your “Order Complete” email before coming to the shop.

  • Shipping Fees: International orders always incur a shipping charge, regardless of value. This fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination and may be adjusted if our shipping costs change.

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically arrive within 7-21 days, depending on your location and customs. Please note that these dates are approximate, as delays beyond our control can occur.

  • What if there’s a significant delay? If your delivery is delayed by over 21 days, you have the option to contact us and refuse the order. We will then issue a full refund for the product and original shipping costs. Please be aware we cannot be held responsible for any other losses, costs, or damages resulting from delivery delays or non-delivery.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. We’re not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details.
  • Non-Delivery: Report non-delivery within 30 days of dispatch.
  • Shortfalls or Damaged Goods: Notify us within 2 days of receipt for any missing or damaged items.
  • Customs (International Orders): We’re not responsible for customs seizures or duties applied by local authorities.
  • Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you of delays and ship it as soon as available. All items are subject to availability.

Please note: Shipping costs are not landed costs. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes or fees levied by their country or the carrier on their behalf to get the package through customs.
