If you are not satisfied with your items(s) and you would like to return it to Colgan Sports, you have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to make a return. Returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags, unused and in resalable condition. Delivery charges will only be refunded when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you wish to make an exchange the quickest and easiest way to do this is to make a new order for the size you need. The original item can be returned to us for a refund. If you have any questions, contact us at contact@colgansports.com.
Cancellations or changes to an order must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
When applicable, faulty items will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will arrange for a repair, or we will provide a replacement item if necessary.
Bespoke, personalized, or custom-made items (e.g., embroidered leisurewear with crests, items with initials) are not eligible for exchange or return unless they are defective. These items are made to customer requirements and cannot be resold.
To return an item purchased online to one of our stores, please bring a copy of your invoice or your “Order Complete” email. Our staff will facilitate an exchange where possible. Refunds for online purchases cannot be processed in-store. It will be credited to the original method of payment used for the online order.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us (unless we have made a mistake with your order). Returns can be made whatever method is easiest for you: An Post, courier etc. If you would like to purchase a return label (€6.50) please click HERE.

My Club Pre Sales and Club Shops are made to order items. Please use the size charts provided on the product gallery to get the best fit. We cannot provide exchanges on these items. We cannot cancel any personalised or Pre Sale orders. In the case of a manufacturing error on your items please contact us directly on colgansportsportarlington@gmail.com.
